Training

When becoming a registered volunteer with the Troop, a number of training opportunities exist. You'll need to start with creating an account at my.scouting.org. This is the website used to take your Youth Protection Training and all other Position specific training. When the Council has you in their system as registered for a specific position, those Position Specific Training modules will be added to your dashboard.

The BSA also has an app for myScouting. Download it for iPhone and Android.

Youth Protection Training is good for two years.

If you like to take Training courses, the BSA offers a wealth of online learning tools as well as live training opportunities.
